Welcome to the 2018 Rugby Indiana Fall 7s Registration with Rugby Indiana!
This registration session will allow you to register to play rugby in the fall season, complete contact information, and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Rugby Indiana.
Players requesting financial assistance need to apply for their player scholarship before registering. The scholarship review takes a minimum of 7 days. Players who register before receiving an official award notification will not be eligible for scholarships. Click Here For More Information.
Students must be currently enrolled in grades 9-12 and meet Rugby Indiana eligibility for high school requirements to participate in this registration session for the Rugby Indiana Fall 7s.
The Rugby Indiana 2018 Fall Registration fees for high school players is $70 per player. These fees cover all matches, including playoffs and finals, referees, RI administration, etc.
Teams may elect to charge any additional fees to help cover their costs of uniforms, field rentals, transportation, socials, etc. Those optional fees requested by the team are added onto the Rugby Indiana season fees.
Registration On Or After 10 September 2018 Will Have A $10 Late Fee Assessed.
The first 300 players to register before 10 September 2018 will receive a free rugby ball. Rugby balls will be delivered to the team coaches to distribute to their players once the season begins.
** Players who withdraw before the season begins on 23 Sept are not eligible to receive a ball.
All refunds have a $40.00 administrative fee.
Note: Fees collected by Rugby Indiana include the Rugby Indiana Season Fees and any additional team fees requested by the team to cover their projected expenses.
1. Within 2 weeks of Player Registration: The Player may receive a refund of their Rugby Indiana fees, minus the administrative fee, if they have not attended more than two practices and NOT played in any matches. Rugby Indiana cannot refund any team fees unless approved by the team Head Coach or Administrator. The League Administrator will contact the Head Coach or Administrator for approval or denial of any team fees before any refunds are issued by Rugby Indiana.
2. After 2 Weeks of Player Registration: The player may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of their Rugby Indiana fees (except for Paragraph 1) if there is a written appeal to the Executive Director for Force Majeure, who must review with the Team Head Coach and/or Administrator, and the Executive Director approves the appeal. The 50% retained by Rugby Indiana includes the $40.00 administrative fee.
3. After September 17: There are no refunds.
